Healthy White Bread Recipe
This healthy white bread recipe uses one third wholemeal flour to give extra goodness while still producing a light-textured loaf.
In my experience, people who only like white bread don't seem to notice the addition of a little wholemeal, but they do find the bread very
tasty!

Method
Place all the ingredients into your bread machine in the order specified by the manufacturer.

Alternatives
- As with most loaves baked in a bread machine, you can use butter in this one as an alternative to oil. Use 15g (½ oz) in the small
loaf, 20g (¾ oz) in the medium loaf or 25g (1 oz) in the large loaf.
- Try using half milk, half water for an improved taste.
